- Description: CD72, a member of the C-type lectin superfamily, is a 45 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein. It is expressed from the pro-B through to the mature B cell stage but absent in terminally differntiated plasma cells. Ligation of CD72 enhances B cell growth and proliferation.
- Immunogen: HF B1 plasmacytoid cell line. Considered to be late B like.
- Isotype: IgG2a kappa
- Research area: Immunology ; Stem Cell Biology
- For Research Use Only
