Tool Details
- Tool name: Anti-CD45R monoclonal antibody [GRT2]
- Clone: GRT2
- Tool type: Antibodies
- Tool sub-type: Primary antibody
- Class: Monoclonal
- Reactivity: Human
- Host: Mouse
- Cancer type: Blood cancer
- Molecular weight of the target: 95 kDa
- Application: FACS; IHC; ELISA; WB
- Description: The unrestricted CD45 leukocyte common antigen (LCA) consists of an extracellular, membrane-proximal sequence that is common to all CD45 isoforms. All monoclonal antibodies belonging to the CD45 grouping react with this part of the antigen and can recognise all CD45 isoforms. The unrestricted CD45 epitope is present on the surface of all human leukocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils and neutrophils, in order of decreasing level of expression. It is not present on erythrocytes or platelets. GRT2 is a mouse monoclonal antibody of the IgG1 isotype.
- Immunogen: B-ALL cells
- Isotype: IgG1k
- Research area: Cancer
