Description: Scaleable manufacturing platform for cell growth using synthetic materials capable of encapsulating cells during culture while allowing removal without mechanical manipulation. The ability to monitor cell growth by microscopy and incorporate molecular cues is also possible due to the platforms transparency.
Developed from a combination of three monomers resulting in polymer structure. p(NiPAAm-co-4-VPBA-co-PEGMMA) thermo-responsibve tetropolymers were synthesized yb a free radical polymerization method - Formulation: Poly(N-isopropylacrylamid), vinyl phenylboronic acid (VPBA), and polethylene glycol monomethyl ether mono methacrylate (PEGMMA)
