For example, the concentration of glucose in some cell culture media is considerably higher than what one would be considerd normal in humans. IFmM is a cell culture medium based on the chemical composition of interstitial fluid (IF). IF is essentially a filtrate of plasma and the conduit of nutrients for cells/tissues outside the vasculature

Handling

  • Storage conditions: Store refrigerated. Stability / shelf-life not tested but expected to be similar to commercial cell culture media.
