Tool/Technical Issue

Quality is important to us at, if a tool is not performing as expected, or if you are having technical issues please notify us within 3 months of delivery using our Technical Enquiry form.

Our technical team will review your enquiry and will get in touch with you regarding next steps. If a tool issue is identified we will happily offer you a replacement or refund in the form of credit. 

Please note: if you do not provide details of your issue, or do not follow the tool specific recommendations then will be unable to offer a refund/replacement.

Incorrect Order

Unfortunately will not be able to take back any items that have been ordered in error/incorrectly.  Please ensure you check your order carefully before submission, or contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you identify an issue. 

Wrong Item

In the unlikely event of the wrong tool being dispatched to you please raise an enquiry with us immediately using the Enquiry Form.  Whilst we deal with your issue please store the material as per the tool information, do not try to return the item without contacting us first.
